1. Warranty Period

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery to the customer.

Depending on the bike type, warranty duration is as follows:

• Standard bikes (scooters, semi-automatic): 1 – 7 days

• Big bikes / premium models: up to 1 month (or as agreed upon)

2. Warranty Coverage

TWOBIG commits to covering the following parts:

• Engine: technical issues, failure to start, unusual oil consumption

• Gearbox & Clutch: difficulty shifting, clutch slipping

• Electrical system: starter or lights not working due to technical faults

• Battery: if defective within 7 days of delivery

⚠️ Replacement parts under warranty will be provided free of charge if the issue falls under the warranty scope.

3. Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for warranty:

• You must present the official purchase receipt from TWOBIG

• No modifications to engine, electrical system, or bike structure

• The bike must not have been involved in serious accidents or flooding

4. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

• Damages caused by user error (accidents, crashes, running without oil, etc.)

• Improper usage or failure to change oil regularly
  (Recommended every 1,000 – 1,500 km)

• Repairs or modifications made at non-TWOBIG facilities

• Natural wear-and-tear parts: brake pads, tires, chain, sprockets, spark plugs, throttle cables, oil…

Warranty service is provided directly at TWOBIG Motor:
